   Sometimes we're not happy with who we are or the choices we've made, and we see that we need to change and make better decisions.

   When we approach ourselves with love, and not pity, we open ourselves up to new perspectives and choices. When we treat ourselves with kindness and forgiveness we allow ourselves the room to make change.

   You are an amazing person. Move forward with love.

     @Mrfunkedude It's taken anti-depressants and years of therapy, but I'm finally in a place where I do believe those things about myself. ?
