     It seems that Mastodon app check an API endpoint not supported by Glitch Social (v4.1.0+glitch).
     Maybe you should open an issue here https://github.com/glitch-soc/mastodon

     This endpoint fails "/api/v1/instance". Also ask your admin if glitch is supposed to support it.
