     @Mrfunkedude lol, #Today I woke up to a text message informing me of a meeting starting in 3 minutes with my colleagues in Belgium. A bit exciting, but all is well. It was a good meeting that I was very happy to be included in. We live in miraculous times: I was meeting with team mates in Belgium while making my morning cup of tea and reviewing documents. When modern connectivity works as it should, it is amazing!

     Good news? A pretty challenging conversation that has had a lot of egos, attitudes, and big opinions might not be nearly as challenging as we anticipated.

     Mine is a pre-teen daughter wearing 3 outfits a day, which is amazing considering Monday - Friday she wears a uniform. ? Oh and the 3 towel baths.

     @Mrfunkedude I'm great.
     Woke up, ate a bagel, and went to workout at a friend's studio. Tuesday and Thursday are balance and stretching exercises. I do the first 30 minutes standing, sometimes holding onto a chair. For the last 30 minutes, I'm in the chair. I stand again for the cool-down.
     I can feel better already, after attending for 2 weeks.
     I may use my cane for the rest of my life, yet it's good to work on my stamina and it feels good to move.

     @Mrfunkedude #today wasnt so good. Found 1 of my dogs scooting last night (14 yr old) Investigated. Big lump. Ah yes, blocked anal glads is all? Called vet this morning. When the vet appointment rolled round, it had burst ? Poor little thing. Then she had to face man-handling by the vet. Antibiotics for 2 weeks. Sigh. Shes miserable & wants her bed, not even my cuddles help her. But i discovered a package outside my door. A self-heating bed/mat. The other 14 yr old claimed it.

     @Cbfoley ugh I feel your pain. When I used to be a dog bather I would come across huge anal glands and either had to tell the owner to come take their dog to the vet, or I would call them to tell them I was going to charge them $20 more if I had to express it myself.

     I wont tell you the story of when a 150 pound mastiff's anal gland exploded all over me once. ?

     @Mrfunkedude #today is fine. My kid went to school in spite of sore muscles from a bike wreck two days ago. I had an ultrasound on my thyroid. Now I'm eating chicken noodle soup. No complaints. ?

     @Mrfunkedude Tired, but good. We're restricting our cat's food (his weight is gonna kill his joints) so he's decided to restrict our sleep in return.... It's a war of attrition at this point.
