I'm actually using my atomicpoet.org Pleroma community server on the official Mastodon Android client.
It's smooth.
But not just that...
I just found out that I can edit my Pleroma posts through the Mastodon mobile client.
See screenshot.

@atomicpoet @fediversenews Oh my... this has potential. Good luck. May all your code be clean and bug-free. ?
@Stegasaurus @atomicpoet @fediversenews I wish someone bless me like this guy does ?
@atomicpoet Nice! :ablobcatrave:
Also tested my Pleroma server with the official Mastodon app for iOS.
The official Mastodon app is the best Pleroma client on iOS.
@atomicpoet @fediversenews How does the official client compare to apps like Husky, which also works very nicely with Akkoma/Pleroma. Actually, I haven’t found any Android Fediverse/Mastodon clients that do not work with Akkoma…
@pimeys I stopped using Husky due to someone saying that a maintainer may have had far right affiliations. I don’t know if this is true.
But Husky obviously has more compatibility for Pleroma specific features.
However, Husky isn’t even an option on iOS. The best client that I’ve seen so far for iOS is B4X, and it’s nowhere as good as the official Mastodon app.
@atomicpoet @fediversenews Why is it so hard to make good clients on iOS? Is it the libraries everybody use that make it hard for the devs to support other backends than Mastodon?
@atomicpoet @fediversenews Oh, and I’m actually using Tusky, which also works perfectly with Akkoma.
@atomicpoet @fediversenews I just tested a few other Android clients I haven’t yet tested:
I haven’t yet found any Android client that does not work with my instance. It’s a quite nice selection of apps already!
@pimeys I take that back. Tusker also has compatibility with Pleroma. Not as good Husky, though.
I think iOS sucks for Pleroma is because devs are myopic about Mastodon.
@atomicpoet it probably doesn't allow you emoji-react, does it?
if nope, then it misses a killer Pleroma feature :(
@atomicpoet @fediversenews
I don’t seem to be able to find a way to access my lists on the app though.
@hippyniki @atomicpoet @fediversenews From memory that’s what moved me off of the official Mastodon app. Lack of lists support. Is it still true?
@maegul @atomicpoet @fediversenews
I guess ?♀️
