     @Cbfoley I've done that, but then it takes away from all of the salt I pour on it.

     I'm a salt fiend. Love salt more then sugar. I think I've had some sort of problem processing salt my whole life and that's why I crave it so much.

     Like, my love for vegies, is directly linked to being a kid, as young as 6, and raiding the fridge for something I could eat with salt on it. Vegies were my #1 go to and none of my family complained. (cuz they never saw all of the salt I poured on it)

     @Cbfoley Same. I've never had ANY of the signs of eating too much salt.

     I don't retain too much water.
     I don't have high blood pressure, etc.

     I honestly think my body doesn't process salt efficiently and so I crave it more often to keep up.

     BTW... salt and chocolate is TO DIE FOR isn't it???

     @Mrfunkedude Aha! Makes sense - from another salt fiend. I used take tomatoes and dip them in a bowl of salt before every bite ?
     I love salt so much that there's a ring of it when I lift my dinner plate ?
     But after a blood test during a hospital stay for something else, they discovered I had low sodium & went back over previous tests & it was low in all them too.
     So instead of the normal "give up salt" advice nurses snd docs give,i was told "carry on" ?

     I can't agree with the salt & chocolate though. I don't like chocolate ?
