     Understandable, but many are not even trying. The people who come here and engage get results, while at witter, they cannot even know for sure who are they reaching. How would they even trust the numbers?

     @robinbrenizer @taylorlorenz @jimcarroll for a lot of people, twitter is still the best way to reach their audience and if they lose that they're kinda screwed. Takes time to build up alternate channels. I don't think most journalists can just up and quit twitter if they don't have to
