     The only way a free speech platform can exist, is when there's a sufficient demand for it willing to pay. Like we have here, some are able/willing to fund the servers that let us speak freely (or at least more freely, depending on the instance's moderation).
     
     Corporate social media will never be pro free speech, none of it will ever be. Because the corporations are the ones paying for it, you are the product, and they don't want negative PR just as large an exposed audience as possible.
     
     I really don't know why you can't seem to give up on twigger dude, it's a cesspit and it seems to be genuinely fucking with you a lot lol. It can't be saved, best bet is to just sit back and have some popcorn as it burns down imo.

     It's not possible under any circumstance for Twitter to become free speech. If they did become free speech, they would lose their payment processing for Twitter Blue, no more advertisers, and they would get pulled off the app stores which would be detrimental for the company. If Twitter ever gets pulled off the app store, it's gonna be as dead as myspace

     It can become more free speech friendly but because of the current system that is in place, it's not possible to actually achieve free speech on Twitter
