Attn. @Gargron @Mastodon et al: I've submitted a formal appeal as well, but think this issue is worth a larger, public discussion as Mastodon gains refugees from #Birdsite land:

I apologize on behalf of the mod team, I told them many times to look more closely when a report is about an account with many followers, but the posts did look like spam at a quick glance.

from your article:
"I agree that I forgot to include a "sensitive media" content warning on them...because, again, it simply never occurred to me that this would be considered "sensitive media."
Speaking for myself, the desire is that you -do- take the mindful approach and consider the sensitivity of what you present to the world. Had you done so, I doubt these posts would have been reported.
MPAA: "Rated PG for sustained sequences of sci-fi action/violence"

Charles Gaba (charlesgaba@mastodon.social)'s status on Tuesday, 10-Jan-2023 23:58:13 JST Charles Gaba @Gargron @jaz @Mastodon Thank you for the speedy response! I’ll avoid the repetitive link threads in the future.
However, that doesn’t explain the final post on the list, which links to a different blog post and which doesn’t include any media at all.
I’m not trying to cause trouble, just trying to understand the philosophy.
