   @tek_dmn No they only have to give a full itemized list if they don't give a clear simple price.
   
   It prevents ISPs from "partially" itemizing their invoices to make their prices look as good as possible or as confusing as possible.
   
   It basically gives the ISPs three options:
   1. Give the consumer a single simple monthly price
   2. Tell the consumer exactly what they're paying for
   3. Go fuck yourself
