   I don't believe the situation is that simple.

   Currently, libogc is under the zlib license. Which is GPL compatible, but not Copyleft. The inclusion of GPL code means libogc must be distributed under terms of the GPL, which puts more limits on the code than the some contributors may be comfortable with.

   As there is no CLA, and zlib has no sublicense clause, the copyright holder (contributors) should be consulted if the project is going to become governed by a restrictive license.

   And if Bluesky really is what it claims to be, they will roll out full, universal, bidirectional support for #federation in a few months. In which case, I would have no NEED to join Bluesky, at all. If not, they were misleading their customers and weren't even the most basic level of trustworthy to begin with.

   As for the user interface preferences some have for Bluesky, well... there is no one UI for Mastodon. I use elk.zone.
   Looks like Twitter to me!

   @romin @idiot @Zergling_man @lanodan @mangeurdenuage @sun Yeah, RISC-V is totally a Worse is Better, New Jersey macroarchitecture, they even go so far as to say "well, C and Java don't care about this..." in the official architecture document not long after they launched.

   But you're already going to have to compromise a lot to have open hardware, so adding instructions to check for integer overflow etc. probably isn't a huge thing if you can get a fast enough part to begin with.

   As to your two previous comments, we're talking about the 1% who for example already run a Linux/BSD desktop. And we have to start somewhere, there's always going to be a supply chain, software or hardware.

   Diary of an ASD Squirrel. Day 55 Saturday 23/12/23

   TL:DR Christmas is incoming ! ; NMS forever! (ish) ; Some folk are born to be gamers - CDP 🧚♀️is definitely one of those people ! 😊 ; Clean build iPhone lives !

   Really quite a nice day !

   Gaming with CDP 🧚♀️ , building new bases, starting to get her Freighter set up & working thru one of the main quest lines.

   Caught up on some TV with Mrs Squirrel this afternoon , she went shopping this morning so now we actually have something resembling the makings of a Christmas Day buffet.

   I truly enjoy gaming with CDP 🧚♀️ we tease each other mercilessly & I am constantly impressed how well she is doing in NMS given the massive learning curve that game has !
   I try not to take the lead too much because I want her to discover stuff for herself, but sometimes I get lost in the moment & romp off at my normal speed.
   We are both learning new combat skills - ie avoiding killing each other - & discovering the intricacies of the multi-player version !
   One of these days , when CDP 🧚♀️ asks where something is , I will stop pointing with my finger 😂

   A really good sign of my improving MH is that I finally got round to doing a clean install of the OS on my iphone - something that I have meaning to do all year - never got round to it on the old phone & just used the automated xfer process when I got the 15.

   All is going well at time of going to press , tomorrow will see the creation of new automation & tailoring of Apps.

   Final Thoughts:

   A really good day on the whole , only minor triggers which were easily dealt with.

   As mentioned before I have found that I have VERY specific requirements for co-op playing, I hope others that have either hinted at , or directly asked me to play co-op with them & have been rebuffed wil understand that it is not something I have any real control over - My autistic mind sets the rules not me.
   Maybe with time & learning new coping strategies I will be better able to expand my gaming ‘fam’ (Nuggan I HATE that word 😂 )

   My phone is now a lean , mean , dialling machine 😜😂

   Cider & rum in the same glass is NOT nice - don’t ask !

   Oh can anyone who has used the journaling app ‘Day One’ please let me know if its any good, after 55 days of writing this in IOS notes I need something a bit better. Alternative suggestions also welcome!

   Thanks to all those who are helping me on this journey, in a myriad different ways. I am thankful to each & every one of you ! 🫂 🫶🐿️🖖

   His problem is he is a non-tolerant leftist (not alt-left but solid full swing left). That in and of itself isnt an issue if it werent for the non-tolerant part. Anyone who is slightly more left than him or slightly more right than him he has a fit, tells them off and tells them he is blocking them. Often random people he had no interaction with... given how narrow his acceptable views are this tends to be several people a day... Not surprisingly this just pisses a ton of people off getting random hate messages from random people they never even engaged with.

   As I said its not strictly against the rules so I never banned him for that... But its unlikely any server that actually fits the sort of environment he might accept would also be willing to accept him. QOTO is one of very few servers he stood any chance on and he kinda ruined that for himself.
