   Yup. In principle, it it could be possible to bridge a Bluesky protocol to ActivityPub. But that protocol is currently so hypothetical, that’s hardly even a useful question.

   It’s a bit like asking whether a newly self-declared micronation on an oil platform could join the EU in 20 years: maybe an interesting thought exercise, but not a question that’s close to answerable in practical terms yet because circumstances and human context matter as much as technicalities.
