@deadsuperhero Oh wow, yeah, you know actually several campaigns I was involved in back in the day enjoyed pleasantly surprising success because of something as simple yet effective as Thunderclap was; it helped loads. I'd love to see something similar for the Fediverse!

the story about the use of "AI" by movie studios is about Labor. it's a story about greedy studio execs. but it's so easy to get distracted with the shiny thing and start talking about the super-intelligence scenarios. shut the fuck up. it's a boring normal labor problem. it's LABOR.

So Meta are apparently feeling that integrating with ActivityPub is "a long way out." Good. Make it even longer. Go on. That's it. A little further. Yes! Fuck off.
