There are a million reasons not to use Spotify, but if them platforming Joe Rogan and paying him another $250 million isn't enough to convince you, then I'm not sure what is.

Again, I'm aware of specific utilities being useful, but there isn't this "AI solves this for everyone" kind of feature is there? It's all little things that add up, like checking grammar or reformatting existing data. Which is useful, but not revolutionary. What am I missing(outside of vibe coding)

Seriously, I see a lot of "this AI tool, these token costs, this update install" but I still don't have a real grasp of what people use this stuff for. Like, why the hype years on? What's different today that didn't exist 4 years ago? What is AI doing that you can't accomplish easily without it?

Developers: Google destroyed the web with its tactics and now it will soon destroy the viability of Android development. Any app you submit to Google Play will become material for its AI to regurgitate when users want to generate apps or widgets.

Do you bother developing for Android anymore?

Why doesn't Television by Sandwich get taken down? What about other third party YouTube apps? How is Juno different from Play! or the many other YouTube managers and viewers?

I reviewed iPadOS 18 as a sort of spiritual sequel to my 13-inch iPad Pro review. There's a lot to love in this update, but pro users were left hanging for another release cycle.

@stevestreza As a 10 year Navy veteran myself, that stance is madness. First, he is on record from the department of veterans affairs as being an E-9, which is mentioned in official Congressional records from when he was sworn in. He served 24 years, which is more than most people serve in any branch. He had hearing loss and had to fight through medical to remain on the job through his retirement. He was a schoolteacher and wanted to run for congress upon his student's wishes, which you can't do in active service.
Sure, he left before his group was sent overseas, but those orders came in as he was leaving. It's not like him getting those orders spurred his separation, it just doesn't work like that. He'd have been shipped anyway and had to separate while overseas.
Plus, we have no idea if his medical status allowed him to be deployed in a combat zone. He likely was never going to go.
All speculation based on info I've learned, but I don't buy the "he's a coward" narrative.
