I know what guide he was reading and I literally could have quoted it from memory, not to mention explained the rather pressing reasons why I was on a modified HRT regimen, but apparently telling a doctor "no, don't do that" is a crime punishable by prompt medical abuse.

@rachel @theartlav Oh, did I mention that in my case "denial of medical care" means "you are now profoundly disabled?" And that this creep of a doctor likes writing nasty notes to other doctors encouraging them to not give me medical care? And that it's been working? And that I've been profoundly disabled to the point of complete incapacity for a year and a half now thanks to these clowns?
