Lots more popular, you basically need luck or a bot to catch the calendar refresh (happens several times a year) and send the e-mail request within a minute or so to get a chance of a surgery date a year from then.

@Rasp Every time i thought i did, it ended up being temporary. So i don't think there is a one answer. In the end, there is no purpose of life other than just living.
