i came out to my wife (and all of mastodon, *naturally*) recently. many feelings have been had, but the most devastating is this:
she hopes i don't "fully" transition to a woman because she would fear for my safety.
we live in Louisville, KY. i feel safe in my usual spaces, but....
anyway, totally cool that after finally understanding who i am (i am 42 years old) means i get to be possibly assaulted or killed. totally cool. greatest country in the world, man. ☠️

@botvolution fuckery? downright skullduggery. we even got a gussied-up version of, "it's just business." marvelously trite.

yeah. guess who just attended an all-employee meeting where we learned like 40% of our team was being let go. happy holidays fuckers!
