In #weechat is it possible to filter out join/parts/quits? If so, how?

Sweden added 2500 new police officers last year, yet the amount of crimes that were prevented went down, and the amount of solved crimes remained the same. I think this is pretty good proof that the Swedish police it is not good at doing those things. And indeed the percent of solved crimes in Sweden is about 13% of all reported crimes.

Swedish criminologists have pointed out for years that making punishments harsher does not fix crime either, so the two policies we have in Sweden regarding crime: adding more police officers and making punishments harsher are both failing.

I think we need some major rework of the system, where crime preventions amounts to keep people out of poverty, make the education system actually work and maybe reforming the policeforce as a new agency solely focused on solving crimes.

I have recently been trying out #kivy for a project, but was also made aware of #beeware and it looks nice. What is your favourite #python cross platform gui framework? Tell me your experiences please! Should I switch to beeware?

For Halloween I will be dressing up as "Action at a distance". I would have come up with something more spooky, but I couldn't think of anything.
