Odd question to my Polish followers - maybe @ptrc @rysiek @filiplachert can help? - might any of you know the name of someone in Polregio, PKP IC or any of the regional rail operators in Poland responsible for the policy of bikes conveyed on trains?

(Note I am looking for a person, ideally someone who's good (even in complex circumstances) and not a critique of the policy that railway has)

Dude gets on the TER at Sens. No ticket. Oddly today there *is* a train manager. He calmly pays the fine. Does the guy I wonder calculate there are controls so seldom it’s cheaper to pay fines than buy tickets? 🤔

Meanwhile MORE problems with hydrogen trains in Germany. Works to add the third track between Oberhausen and the DE-NL border well underway here. Going for 3 rather than 4 tracks is a rather uninspiring upgrade though.

Ok, this upgrade makes sense the more you travel along the route here. Between Oberhausen and Wesel there are things lining the whole route - houses, warehouses, streams, farms. Fitting anything more than 1 extra track in here would be damned hard!

Beyond Wesel there are no signs of works. But this Wesel Feldmark stop definitely needs an upgrade!
