Ahhh a no pants evening

@FlashMobOfOne i don't boot up into mint nearly as often as i should

@FlashMobOfOne brought my gear to the office today...

Had 3 runs over the long weekend.

Sunday and yesterday being 4 miles each. Happy to report that my run yesterday was nearly 5 min faster!

I'm pushing for a sub 10:00 mile pace, with the long term goal of getting close to 9:00.

Wish me luck.

Haven't had much to blog about in a while, and thinking of using that to chronicle my running journey.

A full nights rest was on the agenda, but my son and his cough said otherwise.

Got a short walk in this morning, hoping to another 3 mile, short run push this evening and should start the week off nicely.
