Anybody who has seriously looked into Facebook's past has repeatedly been struck by the obsessive 24/7 kumbaya team building aspects of the early company. And as much as some industry professionals try to justify it all, it was literally the water that the predators swam in. And yes, there were predators.
There are, in fact, justifiable reasons you wouldn't want executives making a predator friendly cult-of-personality culture, where access comes with a price of fondleable familiarity.

You know that Russian operation going through a gas pipeline the other day?

According to the commander in charge, it wasn't a hundred troops that went in. It was 800. And only 100 came back. There were actually reports that not only was the exit sealed off on them, but that a lot of Russian troops suffocated. 😱

(Y'know... I'm almost beginning to believe that the whole "press conference" was a set up, used to justify the US openly punishing Ukraine, per Putin's request... which, as Trump said, would make great television.)

Romanian media reports that pro-Russian former presidential candidate of Romania, Georgescu, was detained for questioning, following government searches of his associates, where they found a large cache of weapons and a hidden safe at his bodyguard's place, containing ~$1.5M dollars, and plane tickets to Moscow.

The searches are for actions against the constitutional order, public incitement, creating an organization of a fascist character, false statements re: campaign financing.

Seems legit.
