I'm considering to move to another instance which doesn't federate with Threads 🤔

Do you guys know any instance (not necessarily Mastodon, can be other platforms) which signed Fedipact, where I can post text, image and poll, doesn't block too many instances, and tech/FOSS related content is welcome?

(Unfortunately I don't have the resources to host my own instance)
