Niclas Hedhman (niclas@angrytoday.com)'s status on Friday, 30-Dec-2022 11:47:27 JST Niclas Hedhman @selzero That the rendering is infringement on Disney/s IP rights.
People have lost quite obvious "fair use" cases against Disney, probably the strongest iron fist enforcer of IP out there. And IF Disney would lose in court, they will get Congress to change the laws, just like they have done several times before.

Niclas Hedhman (niclas@angrytoday.com)'s status on Wednesday, 30-Nov-2022 08:55:48 JST Niclas Hedhman I tend to agree... Is there really a problem?
If "most think that defederation is not wanted", doesn't that mean that most are not defederated by definition?
And those who wants to be outside that larger cluster have all their rights to do so...
Maybe I am missing something important here.

Niclas Hedhman (niclas@angrytoday.com)'s status on Wednesday, 30-Nov-2022 08:55:46 JST Niclas Hedhman Right, but doesn't that mean that there will be one larger cluster of people who don't defederate and numerous islands of people who are in their respective preferred "safe space". Isn't that Ok?
I want the bazaar and the pub, but you might want your living room.
Just curious.
