Had some money in, made a small donation to Gaza Verified by @aral

If you can, please do

@aral thank you so much for doing this 🙏

I am *fuming* about #KeirStarmer proscribing #PalestineAction. The very fact that posting #WeAreAllPalestineAction could get you arrested is absolutely fucking ridiculous. Meanwhile, he supports #genocide in #Gaza.

So, I adapted the logo to make a non-arrestable version, available as SVG too

In one of my day jobs, I work for a UK county council. I asked the IT department if they would host a #Mastodon server.

Much to my delight and surprise, they replied with a very detailed response (basically, no expertise, no money, too many security checks and no staff).

Is there a group on Mastodon that helps support local governments get onto Mastodon?

Thanks :)

I'm afraid to tell you that I actually have the best job in the world, because I get to go to #meadows like this beautiful place at Llanerchaeron, a National Trust property near Aberaeron, Ceredigion.

"Today, 18th July, Judge Christopher Hehir passed the longest sentences in living memory on five people who planned to disrupt the M25 to pressure Rishi Sunak’s government to stop fuelling climate breakdown with new oil and gas licences."

> The judge’s characterisation of climate breakdown as a matter of opinion and belief is completely nonsensical and demonstrates extraordinary ignorance

I made #sourdough for the first time in maybe 3 years!

@kate
And someone working on a garden I helped plant has put in little stick steps leading down a steep section. Just a little touch but helpful

A few days ago, someone had built an arch over the tributary. I added a couple of stones. Today, there's a bridge!

How do we live together in #nature? #WoodMeadows, a managed & productive #ecosystem, can achieve this balance, a model of human activity benefitting #biodiversity.

And I want to create a #WoodMeadow in #Wales.

For research, I’m going to the 14th European Conference on #Ecological Restoration this August in #Estonia, where the wood meadows are the most biodiverse sites in the world.

The real rioters? Cops and college presidents.

Ok, I've just made my paid #ForestGarden #Gardening online courses *only £1*

I'm not updating them and not making any more courses soon, so do jump in and help yourselves.

What I *am* doing is a fundraiser for trip to Estonia for #Ecological Restoration conference, to research my #Commons #WoodMeadow project
