I usually brush my teeth naked. Why? Well, my therapist told me that in order for me to start NOT hating my body, I actually need to SEE it - and I have been hiding it from myself for maaany years. So when I do my morning routine, I do it naked.

Which was fine, until the delivery guy rang the doorbell with my proteins and I almost forgot to put on clothes before getting the door...

I never really had to use my private health insurance in Spain before, so I just had to cancel my physiotherapy session because apparently I was supposed to first take the little sheet of paper where physio is prescribed, snap a photo and send it over to my insurer and then wait for an authorization, before I can actually get a physio appointment.
