I never really had to use my private health insurance in Spain before, so I just had to cancel my physiotherapy session because apparently I was supposed to first take the little sheet of paper where physio is prescribed, snap a photo and send it over to my insurer and then wait for an authorization, before I can actually get a physio appointment.
