@CosmickTrigger I'd say so, but my pal says that 500 years of colonization destroyed the original cultures and now we are Westernized and Catholic.

EDIT: This are from Trump's first term, didn't noticed when I first posted it.
Hey gringos, you're in the "the Taliban treats prisoners more humanely than the way you treat undocumented children" stage of fascism.
This won't be stopped by holding witty signs, strike, riot, burn shit up.

Zionists: build a ethno-supremacist State, starts an ethic cleansing and genocide, builds torture camps few survive, steals Palestinian prisoners limbs and organs...
Normal person: Yikes. That's the same as what the Nazis did.
Unhinged western libs: You can't compare Israel to the Nazis, that's antisemitic!!!!

Turns out it's not us who keeps comparing Zionism to Nazis, it's them who keep on doing comparable stuff.

Trump didn't back down from imposing tariffs to Mexico and Canada because of anything Sheinbaum or Trudeau did.
He backed down because of the reaction of "the markets".
"The markets" is a metaphor for the interests of the ruling class, the interests of big money.
In case you have any doubts on who controls the US government (or any other for that matter) who ever is in office.

It is SO fucking cringe to see liberals that 5 years back would tell you to buy a Tesla "because electric cars will save the planet" mocking people today because they drive a "swasticar".
Maybe consumer choices will NEVER save the fucking planet? Maybe all bourgeois will turn to raving fascists when pressed because that is what fascism is?

I'll add this: no country in the world has done more to push fascism and dictatorships than the USA. No one. Not Russia, nor China, nor Iran, nor the extinct USSR. The US installed fascist dictators all over the world, from Iran to Grenada, from Brazil to Indonesia, from Chile to the Philippines. The US sided with open fascists in the Greek civil war, and allied with Hitler and Mussolini's friend dictator Francisco Franco. Open a history book at least once in your lifetime.

I'm reading a bunch of Americans surprised that a US president betrayed a close ally. I knew that education in the US is deeply lacking, but surely you remember president Ngo Dinh Diem, what Trump did not only isn't new, it's what your Empire has been doing the last century, give or take a couple of decades.

It's not "wage theft" that is the problem. Wages by themselves ARE theft, wages presuppose that a part of the population is deprived from the means to reproduce their own life, and therefore are forced to comodify themselves and sell their labor as a merchandise: labor power.
We need to abolish the wage system, not only the theft that some employers do on wages.

Fuck this idea that election somehow make a country democratic. Bourgeois elections only allow us to choose a master that will rule over us.
Direct, assembly democracy, like the one that existed in the comités during the Spanish Revolution, or on the first days of the Soviets in Russia, or in the Paris Commune, is about the people making the decisions carrying them out. Is about taking decisions collective decisions collectively, not about choosing the less bad bureaucrat.
