Does anybody know how does #curl work? I mean behind the scenes, I can't read the code just yet but I'm very interested in how a program really makes an HTTP request and stuff

@dansup maybe it's just me not remembering doing that, but is the birth date necessary?

I have a question for the privacy bros/sis here: When people recommend router firmware like PfSense, is it just because it's open source or is there any more to it?

For example: if I use Cisco IOS, is there any reason not to? It's (hopefully) not like there's metadata or sensitive information that will be sent to Cisco, right?
