I assume renpy can call regular python functions, but it's been a while, I don't remember

make each task a dictionary with all the info it needs

@Rasp put tasks in an array, loop it to make the menu, only add the items that are not completed
do not destroy them, just don't show them
no matter how many tasks there are, if a player is supposed to be able to do them in one lifetime irl, it will take millisecond to go over the array
