@splitshockvirus It's a good idea to have it checked out, but don't panic - nerve stuff takes like 3-4 weeks to heal.

(I did something to my neck once and it was sore with restricted movement. The cure ended up being "don't mess with it" for about a month.)

For now you might want to soak your hand in warm water occasionally to relax the muscles (muscle tension can trigger a bunch of other issues) and obviously watch out for bad ergonomics, don't over-use that hand with phones and computers, take breaks, etc.

1. Pasting Excel -> Powerpoint -> save image
2. Making it big in Excel and taking a screenshot

It's #2... Not only are the screenshots clearer, they also have a significantly smaller file size!
