@Mrfunkedude Same with me. I seldom unfollow people in case they have opened the account as a back up in case of the birdsite going completely down the drain. If you find a site that checks active/inactive account holders please share as I would also be interested.

@Mrfunkedude How many of your 3k followers are active? Have you gone through them to see who has posted lately, if at all? Have you tried asking the owner of the site I patched you into where they get their stats from?

@Mrfunkedude stop toots zooming past: On Mastodon, it’s possible to tame firehose feeds somewhat by switching on “slow mode”, which stops all automatic scrolling and only shows new posts when you manually click to see them.
