    I prefer Ubuntu. Of not Ubuntu, then fedora or Arch. I don't like Mint. Never used it, never will.

    Am I still? Always been, aways will be.
    It's a bit stressful but I'm far away from rockets. Still Israeli police try to do whatever they can to make it a living hell for us.

    Alot of sites are being run by a complete idiots who are threatened by anyone who have different ideas and different beliefs so they automatically block any instance that is running soapbox.

    Since there is no cure for being an idiot, there is nothing we can do about it. The moment this can be cured, I'll donate as much money as possible to fix these people.

    You probably don't need to federate with these people. Almost all of them are LGBT supporters who are actually hate heterosexual people and can be very violent against us. Just some trained monkeys to hate and attack for no reason that they can understand. You don't need a stupid angry monkey to attack you. If the money attacked, you'll get hurt, and if you've hurt the monkey, people will blame you got hurting an animal that doesn't understand what he's doing.

    I've always said it and I'll say it again. I've left Mastodon and lost all of my users because Mastodon is a Cult run by natzies.
    Moving to rebased made me lose most of my users and they were very angry about it, but this is better. I'm not being harassed anymore by freedom fighters who fight my own freedom.

    I also can't wait to have a fully working Ditto instance. I think It'll be a whole new stage of freedom where idiots and heterophobic people can't force us into things anymore.

    So things just going to be easier to maintain and better optimized that we don't need to scale the service in the future to use load balancers?

    Or things will be optimized but we might also reach a point where 32 cores aren't enough and we'll be needed 2 or 3 database servers which we should use MySQL for ot postgres so we can make it a cluster?

    I think I'm missing something.
    Where does all the data get stored?

    User data, passwords, events, posts.... Etc

    If they are stored at the instance itself, we'll reach a point where the database is fre gigs big and it might need a load balancer.

    Am I missing something here?

    I'm not a huge fan of postgres but I'm also afraid to use sqlite with such huge project.
    What about scaling? Is there an sqlite proxy and cluster software?
