Yes I do live in a country where we have no gun culture. Racism and bigotry is in the minority. We are a warm welcoming tolerant nation.

I appreciate (looking on from Scotland) that there have been many incidents where police have overstepped the mark and committed acts of ie violence towards people of colour. I just wonder what the alternative would be. -

Peacekeepers could eventually become akin to police depending on what powers you want them to have. Who vets the applicants? How will they be recognised (uniforms?). Who funds them?
