Wayland monkeys are so obsessed. Look dude, everything works fine with X11 and I'm not going to convert just now. When I ever have a problem with my graphics manager I will look into wayland. For now you just run an X server in addition to Wayland just to run steam my bloated nigga. -

Well, it depends on how you define "one thing". If you try hard enough you can argue that any program does many things - and thus breaks the unix philosophy. OpenRC, for example, is an init system and a daemon supervisor. It also handles dependency management and init script parsing. God damn that's some bloat right there. When are you throwing away your Artix? -

It seems a bit curious that all climate taxes / fines aimed to save the planet are going to the states and not to the "victims" of climate change. It's like the states, and the people that are paid by them, have an inherent interest in blowing up climate change. But of course, everyone should just listen to the science, because if he doesn't, he is a sinner. Amen. -

I just watched the documentary "The Anarchists". Lots of people participating in the Anarchapulco festival were celebrating the "freedom" they supposedly found there. What exactly do they think freedom / anarchy is? Partying in a touristy hotel in Mexico? In the end, the whole narrative became something like: "We didn't like the last anarchist party, therefore anarchy has failed. We first need to meditate a lot more before we try to change the world".
