@nazokiyoubinbou @dalias can you elaborate? What I understand: since I’m a parent I know better and others don’t know anything. If that’s the case, 2 things :
* we were all once a kid somehow so we are all « experts » even if we lived in different times for some
* like it or not, being a parent gives a very different light. Not assuming it’s better, just different

@dalias did not mean to offend you. Like I said, I’m father of 3 teenagers and social networks and screens in general are a huge source of friction. I let then do any kind of activities but since we let them use their phones for more than calling/texting, their free time is invariably eaten by it. We tried a no limit policy for a few time but my youngest gave up after a week, asking limits back bc he could not stop using his phone…

@dalias ✌️ I will suppose you are someone’s child 🙃 but are you a parent?
Not to use that against you, just trying to understand your position.
I’m a parent of 3 and I see first hand what social media does to kids, not only mine.
I just don’t see the value in the social media to anyone, 99% is useless garbage, but hey if you are a grown up, up to you :)
Kids have less tools to avoid stuff so it’s on their parents to shield them from all that, or what is the alternative you defend?
