my biggest fear living completely alone is that I'm at some point going to have some medical emergency at home and nobody is going to check on me until the rent is overdue. If I'm incapacitated and cant reach my phone that's it I'm dead.

I'm still looking for beta readers for the first two chapters of my experimental new novel, it's about this lizard girl learning to survive in a harsh desert environment.

@Paradox I might consider it I don't usually do short form but it might be good practice in brevity and efficient storytelling.
