Writing three-page cover letters to explain everything that can be found in my resume is not something I want to do anymore. Making five-minute interview videos is something I refuse to do. Working for free is something I will never do. Having to use AI for basic research tasks is not something I ever want to do.

Maybe it's just time to move on. The industry is terrible, thanks to AI, and I don't see it getting any better as long as AI is around.
