These trees are the remnants of the old turnpike road. Stuart can recall there being trees both sides but they are very old and have slowly toppled over the course of time. The rise to the right is where the roman road was and to the left is the railway line. It must have been a busy place for 1000s of years but now is a quiet back water. #Wales
Here is a worker bee with very pale yellow pollen in her basket. There are 3 other bees. One of them is a guard bee. She checks everyone before they are allowed in. They can be quite rough sometimes and always look very bossy #beekeeping

I have mopped living room, hall and kitchen. Totally pointless as it's so damp and muddy out and, between the spaniels and Stuart, it will all be dirty again soon. However, Stuart has noticed there is an issue, this is very, very rare, and is out there clearing the path to improve things.
