This is a very depressing video.

We know what is happening but it is nice to hear from others in the industry. It's hard to believe we are in this timeline.

@chris It is hard to get out of the ecosystem's, I've tried. If it's not work pulling you in, it's family 🤦♂️

@chris Unfortunately you're right about Google services that some companies use even in Canada. But Microsoft still has a large stronghold.

When I say tech nerds, it is mostly our personal stuff. For work, we may have no choice but to use it. Unless we figure another way to make money away from any technology.

@chris I'm so old I remember when Google was a weird search engine that only tech nerds knew. People were using Yahoo and AOL, maybe Alta Vista back in the 90s.

Now tech nerds stay away from Google while everyone uses it. One day every day users will be the only ones using the internet the way this is going haha.😂

Honestly, I’ve turned it completely off and have no interest in Siri.

I’m sure there are users who still care about Siri, but no one I know, family, friends and coworkers use it.

@killyourfm I can’t trust anything I read online these days to be trustworthy or believable.

Living offline out in nature seems to be better for my health. 🏕️

@killyourfm I've been blogging my transition move away from Apple. Just finished and using a Synology NAS for everything now. Planning to sell or trade my old Apple hardware now.
