I don't understand, gofundme does not keep money sleeping for 2 years, it's not possible under their terms and conditions.

Transfers must be set within 90 days, otherwise donations are given back and the total amount automatically decreases.

What kind of help is expected here?

Also, I can tell that support is very helpful, they solved a few issues for my own fundraisers for Gaza.
