In what direction are things headed? We no longer believe there is an end to this nightmare, and the painful part is that our minds still tell us there's a trap nearby, and we might not get to enjoy a ceasefire.

I can't imagine that I won't be filming any harsh scenes, or that I will live a period in my life reporting news about anything other than bodies, the wounded, the dead, and destruction

These are pics of kids: the first a kid carrying a bundle of bread, and the second holding a pot with a little soup.
I personally took these photos with my camera while working on a news report for an organization. I stress this point cos some friends here were upset before when I used pictures taken by colleagues who had documented scenes of displacement from northern #gaza arriving at the position before me.
These two children are the ones responsible for finding food for their family
