war officially broke out between the US & Israel against #iran
ppl rushed to the markets to stock up on supplies, fearing that #Israel might close the food crossings. When we woke up, my mother went to the market but found only a few food items; most were already sold out. The truth is, I am mentally & physically not ready for another famine or siege. I am truly afraid,& am trying to share my fear in the hope that it might calm down a bit, or I might feel some sense of safety.

From his perspective, he claims he wants to know who is stealing donations in Gaza's name, but this is none of his business as long as he is actually receiving support. However, it was greed and avarice that were driving those immoral actions of his.
Lately, I’ve had the same questions about how people can steal donations in the name of Gaza while the residents of Gaza are suffering.

On a personal level, I am the eldest daughter and the primary assistant to my mother, who is a 'single mother' and our sole supporter. I decided to stand by her side and ask for support from the whole world because my two siblings and I are university students. If we don’t pay our tuition, we will fail, as the exams model will be closed to us.

I agree with the view that the larger the '#gazaverified ' initiative grows, the more obstacles we will face. The most recent of these was Nabil, who threatened @aral and spoke harsh words to him to force him to post his campaign.

This is unacceptable and has never happened before.

I’ve become deeply exhausted, both physically and mentally, these days. Unfortunately, I cannot find the peace of mind needed to return to writing. My head is full of poems longing to be set on paper, but I am caught between helping my mother and siblings light the firewood & then cleaning up the soot. We spend the rest of our day living in constant tension; we might have enough to eat today, but the uncertainty of tomorrow and the day after haunts us.

This is our room's wall. My sister, who is studying medicine, has filled it with motivational phrases to help her keep going. This started bc she once overheard my mom & me talking abt the costs & whether we’d be able to cover all of her tuition fees, which left her feeling discouraged. Since then,we’ve made a promise to ourselves that we’ll never discuss costs in front of her again &that we’ll continue supporting her in her journey.

These are the plants of my 14-year-old brother, Yousef. He was heartbroken and crying during the recent low-pressure weather system because it damaged his garden. But today, he woke up to find that some of his plants have begun to bloom and thrive again! 🌱✨
