   Hello friends, with a sincere heart, I want to send you this message and I hope it reaches you exactly as I intended.

   I agree with the view that the larger the '#gazaverified ' initiative grows, the more obstacles we will face. The most recent of these was Nabil, who threatened @aral and spoke harsh words to him to force him to post his campaign.

   This is unacceptable and has never happened before.

     On a personal level, I am the eldest daughter and the primary assistant to my mother, who is a 'single mother' and our sole supporter. I decided to stand by her side and ask for support from the whole world because my two siblings and I are university students. If we don’t pay our tuition, we will fail, as the exams model will be closed to us.

     Furthermore, we live in an apartment that is admittedly damaged, but if we don’t pay the monthly rent, we will be evicted onto the street, not to mention the costs of food and drink.

     Many questions have crossed my mind as Nabil, but I have never been overcome by greed. I have never felt any urge that would drive me to blackmail anyone into donating or sharing my campaign, despite my need

     The sad truth is that Gazans are far more likely to be the victims of fraud than the instigators of it.

     As you know, in the time we’ve been running it we’ve had just two families misrepresent their situation to some degree in order to try and get more donations. And now this. Out of close to 130 or so families now.

     Nabil’s extortion attempt, while not pleasant to say the least, is an anomality.

     Here’s to putting it behind us and evolving Gaza Verified so it can do the most good with what little resources we have at hand :)

     From his perspective, he claims he wants to know who is stealing donations in Gaza's name, but this is none of his business as long as he is actually receiving support. However, it was greed and avarice that were driving those immoral actions of his.
     Lately, I’ve had the same questions about how people can steal donations in the name of Gaza while the residents of Gaza are suffering.
