Details I’m referring to: 1) how much result you get on hashtag searching and what influences that density; 2) how boosting, following, following back influences one’s Home Feed, Federated feed, and hashtag search.

Very interesting interview with one of the original builders of Twitter, who pushed as far back as 2008 for federated concepts.
