I'm not sure on which side the error is, but I'm not able to follow from my Pixelfed account my Holos account.

In the Pixelfed app I don't see a follow button, in the browser I can click many times, number goes up, but after a reload it's 0.

@dansup and Tom (@HolosSocial ) I'm not sure where the error is. Following from Mastodon was possible...

Accounts I used are @joergi@punk.photos (Pixelfed) and @joergi@holos.social (holos)

(like you can move from one Mastodon instance to another - but doing this to Pixelfed? that would be great)

Idea:
maybe you can do a staging Pixelfed server (with federation on), so before you tag a new release, the (closed group of) testers (I volunteer) can test it a few days, and give you feedback on new bugs, before they go live.
QAing is crucial,the more the better.

@dansup I like Mastodon starter kits, and I will like having loops starter kits.

But what I really would love to see, are just starter kits, where you can add Loops accounts, Mastodon accounts, Pixelfed accounts and so on.
So, let's say: a cat starter kit. and then you have all the best from all the Fediverse plattform.

So a unique starter kit to serve them all...
I hope this will be possible with the mastodon starter kits at one point...

Are you aware of this issue? If some really new accounts appear, the Fedilab app links sometimes really wild to the wrong accounts.

I'm following punkstodon.de instance in fedilab. So i see this post

If i click antidotet in the timeline view it opens a completely different account.

Ich kenne das Problem. Das posiert vor allem wenn man accounts ohne die Instanz verlinkt. Und es die accounts auf mehreren Instanzen gibt. Aber auch so kommt manches komplett falsch an. Nutz aber auch fedilab. Aber das passiert im Browser auch. Ich glaub wenn der Server den account noch nicht kennt..

Does anyone still receive #Pixelfed notifications through the official app?
Pixelfed api key is in the config file and push notifications are on in the official app.

It always worked, but it's not working anymore.

I already deleted and reinstalled Fedilab...

I tried the official Mastodon app, and there it worked, so it's not a problem with my account.

Asking first here before filling out the bug report tomorrow...

As a lot of you people were before complaining (with a good reason) that the account migration from one pixelfed server to another one wasn't working.

It seems it's fixed now!
