@jeffjarvis I'm not paying to see the article. Given how much bussing is subsidized, income wise it makes sense just to make it free. But I know in Albuquerque they need security on the bus to keep homeless from riding all day. So then they'd just switch busses.

@aral I'm sure the fact that healthcare is one of the most regulated industries has nothing to do with this.
