Found stumbling in a garden and very thin, this owl was brought to CROW (Clinic for the Rehabilitation Of Wildlife) and xrays revealed a pellet in the shoulder. Careful support with the help of Peace River Wildlife resulted in a full recovery and release

A Ruru Morepork was treated for a predator bite to its neck. After cage rest and vision checks, it worked on flight fitness and was eventually released back to the wild
