@rickmans Generally speaking yes. We vastly underestimate the impact emotion has on our decision making. (After 30 years In software engineering, I now do a lot of leadership development for technology companies. A lot of what I help people with is changing how they behave in the face of emotions they experience.)

Maybe I should resurrect my Mastodon compatible but more Facebook like ActivityPub clone.

I rationalize sitting in first class as it’s still cheaper than flying myself. Plus a GA flight from Minneapolis to Vegas has a good chance of getting complicated and becoming a multi-day “adventure.”

I cannot remember the last time I flew the airlines for business. Probably fifteen years ago.
