@evan You can use open collective through a fiscal host before formally incorporating (which seems not helpful here if you are ready to go :)), but I believe social.coop and orgs like meet.coop use it for member dues vs. paypal, stripe. It also gives you an expense receiving/processing flow for members, which works well in diffuse and remote orgs who want to be more transparent with their expenses. The latter way you could would manage as the fiscal host.

@evan ooh, also I have experience with Open Collective (https://opencollective.com/) which could be used for open book accounting like social.coop.
