@Cat_LeFey and don't even get me started on what Licorice-root, Echinacea, elderberry, and Cinnamon can do. Not all together of course. But the amount of times I have messed myself up with tea is amazing. Not to mention ginger spiking my heart rate to ridiculous levels. Last time that happened I was incapacitated for at least a day.

@Cat_LeFey So many people think that herbs are less powerful than medicin, even though they were medicin for thousands of years. It's silly.

These nightmares have to stop. Anyone know of teas, or other tricks for dreamless sleep. Tried a form of meditation and it only seems to insure I can't wake up at the bad parts #dreams #mentalhealth

@Fragglemuppet Yeah this happens. When I try to make a playlist, I can't seem to, for some reason. Like I just go completely blank.
