@annika it’s the literal defining aspect of US mustard. That, and the horrible water that gets _everywhere_ if you don’t shake it well before opening it and using it. Regardless of bottle/container, that dang mustard water always happens

@annika mild and sweet seems wrong for US inspired mustard, it needs to taste like sour and yellow 🤣
